SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE to all UK customers.  If purchasing from abroad then please contact us prior to payment so that we can send you an invoice which includes a shipping fee.

Your purchase will be shipped within 24 hrs of receipt of cleared payment Monday to Friday.  Items purchased after midday on Friday or during the weekend will be sent on Monday.   Paypal and Postal Orders will clear immediately, Cheques will take an extra 5 days.  Items are sent out every day Monday to Friday. 

Everything is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.

Please note that while every effort is taken to re-create the true colour of these designs,  variations in monitor settings etc may mean that colours are slightly distorted.

RETURNS

I am confident that you will not be disappointed with your purchase, however if for any reason you would like a refund I am more than happy to do so.  Please return the item in the condition you received it and within 7 days of delivery and I will refund you on its arrival with me.  The cost of postage for returns remain with the buyer.  I regret that I cannot offer a refund on earrings due to health and safety issues.
